Applying for ACSW inaugural membership.
This can be achieved in three steps, all from this page.
Step One: Download the Application Form:
Step Two: Complete the Application form and attach in an email to:
The Membership Secretary will then email you a password.
The password is one-off for payment only.
Step Three: When you have your password, come back to this page and follow the link below:
After payment is complete, and PayPall have notified us, you will be sent a new member Welcome Pack.
