Applying for ACSW membership.
Annual membership of ACSW costs £35 and has remained so since 2006.
Application is done by post and can be achieved in three steps.
Step One: Download the Application Form by clicking here:
Step Two: Complete the Application Form and prepare a passport size photograph to include in the envelope with the application form.
Step Three:
Either follow the link below to PayPal:
Note: This will activate an automatic annual payment which you may cancel at any time.
Or pay by cheque:
Post the application form (with your cheque or details of PayPal payment) together with a passport Photo to the Membership Secretary at the address on the application form.
After payment is complete, and the bank or PayPal have notified us,
you will be sent a new member Welcome Pack, together with your ACSW Membership Card.
Existing ACSW Members applying for
ACSW membership Card.
This is done by post and can be achieved in three steps.

Step Three: Post the application form together with a passport Photo to the Membership Secretary at the address on the application form. You will be sent your ACSW Membership Card as quickly as possible, but please leave 2 weeks for delivery.
